NC State's Building Future Faculty (BFF) program is a two-and-half day, all-expenses-paid workshop for doctoral students and post-doctoral scholars pursuing academic careers.

Recognizing Excellence in Diversity
The annual Recognizing Excellence in Diversity (RED) Event honors faculty, staff, colleges, students and student organizations' contributions in the areas of equity, diversity and inclusion. The Chancellor's Creating Community Awards are traditionally announced at this annual event.
