From Theory to Praxis: Intersectional Feminist Theory
This academic year has seen the creation of a program that seeks to take academic conversations out of the classroom and ground the work of the campus community in a theoretical framework. “From Theory to Praxis” is designed to turn discourse into observable action, cultivate community and provide an opportunity to engage with challenging academic thought and literature.
Nominations Open for Diversity and Inclusion Awards
The Office for Institutional Equity and Diversity and the University Diversity Advisory Committee invite nominations for the 12th annual Chancellor's Creating Community Awards. Recipients will be announced at the awards program on Thursday, April 26, 2018 from 8:30-10:30 a.m. in the Piedmont Ballroom, Talley Student Union.

Emerging Scholars Academy Seeks Student Mentors
The Office of Enrollment Management and Services is hosting its third annual Emerging Scholars Academy this summer and is seeking dedicated NC State students to serve as mentors. The program is a six-day residential summer program at NC State for rising high school juniors.
Chauncey Bowden: Serving Students in MSA
