NC State's 6th annual Diversity Education Week came to a close on Friday after over thirty events, with nearly half of those events organized and hosted by student organizations. We asked some Office for Institutional Equity and Diversity staff members for their thoughts on the week and the impact it made on campus.
NC State Celebrates Indigenous Peoples’ Day
This year, students successfully brought Indigenous Peoples' Day to NC State, an historical first. The GLBT Center will kick off the 2015 GLBT History Month on Thursday, October 1, 2015 with a Recognizing and Responding to Microaggressions workshop from 2:00-4:00 p.m. in Talley 3222.
