AACC Welcomes Office Manager Yazmeen Irving

Yazmeen IrvingYazmeen Irving is the new office manager for the African American Cultural Center. Yazmeen earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Leadership from Peace College in Raleigh, NC. She specializes in business development, finance and human resource administration. She has worked for NC State intermittently since 2006. Yazmeen has worked for Human Resources, University Temporary Service, and the Intensive English Program.

Yazmeen is passionate about educating and empowering youth. In her spare time, Yazmeen is very engaged in community service with various faith-based organizations. She is a native of New York City and has lived in North Carolina since 2000. As a proud wife and mother of three children, Yazmeen enjoys traveling with her family and hosting events with family and friends. She is excited to join the center and ready to grow with her new African American Cultural Center family.
