University Housing invites students to apply for the 2018-19 academic year Resident Advisor (RA) positions. Through their prominent leadership role on-campus, RAs have the unique opportunity to develop their leadership skills while creating fun and vibrant communities. The RA role enables students to learn valuable skills that employers are looking for, including problem-solving, adaptability, teamwork and interpersonal communication.  An RA’s primary responsibilities are getting to know their residents one-on-one and developing a community within their living areas.
