GLBT Center Seeks Students for Research Study on University Housing

NC State students are invited to take part in a research study about the impact of housing policies and practices on the experiences of those who are transgender, genderqueer or gender non-conforming, over age 18 and are currently living or have lived in University Housing in the last three years. The audio-recorded, semi-structured interviews will be used to gather information on perspectives of transgender-identified students with recent experience living in University Housing. The findings of the study will assist in producing recommendations to create a more positive, empowering campus community. Please note that participation is voluntary, anonymous and will take a maximum of 1-1.15 hours to complete.

  • To participate, contact Andy DeRoin via email or at or 919.513.3563. Participation or lack thereof will not affect your relationship with Andy, NC State or the GLBT Center.
