BodyStories Workshops With Shana Tucker and Murielle Elizéon

This year, NC State LIVE is working with local performing artists to design workshops rooted in social justice. Join choreographer and community organizer Murielle Elizéon and cellist and educator Shana Tucker for a series of restorative storytelling workshops for NC State students and community members to come together — in a healing digital space — to explore their own stories.
The Bodystories workshops are rooted in the idea that our individual, communal and generational stories live in our body and that the body is the place to start to reclaim those stories. Over the course of these interactive workshops, you will explore your sense of identity and your capacity for resilience through non-judgmental movement and writing exercises.
