My Culture Is Not a Costume

This event will showcase multiple cultures, traditions and lifestyles through students’ individual and group acts, including songs, dances, acted scenes and spoken word poetry. This will be a great opportunity to educate students on the diversity of different cultures and bring awareness to the issue of cultural appropriation.
