NC State LIVE Presents a Year-End Soiree Featuring Shana Tucker

2020 is drawing to a close. To mark the occasion, NC State LIVE would like to invite you to come together (digitally) to heal, reflect and find joy as a community. Together we can toast our shared humanity while we experience the soulful sounds of Shana Tucker and her band.
In addition to being one of our artists-in-residence dedicated to social justice, Tucker has graced our stage many times with her signature “chamber soul,” which weaves jazz, roots, folk, acoustic pop and a touch of R&B. Along with being a phenomenal musician, Tucker’s work as an arts advocate, educator and community organizer — not to mention her quick wit and big heart — makes her the ideal host for this concert and gathering.
The event will be livestreamed from NC State LIVE’s beautiful home in Stewart Theatre, where anything could happen. Perhaps a special guest will even pop in to share a carol. You’ll have to tune in to find out.
