New African American Cultural Center Gallery Exhibit

The African American Cultural Center Art Gallery, located on the second floor of Witherspoon Student Center, has opened a new art exhibit titled “Be:Tween Words” featuring the work of visual artist and filmmaker Brandan “Bmike” Odums. Using media such as spray paint and acrylic paint to make statements and tell stories of black life, activism and resistance, the exhibit will be open through October 22, 2017. Odums will also be artist-in-residence from October 16-22, 2017.
