If You’ve Been Accused

NC State seeks to ensure a just and fair process for resolving complaints.

You Have Rights

If you’ve been accused, you are entitled to fair treatment and support for your concerns related to being accused, decision-making and resources to guide you through the complaint process.

You may want to speak with someone in the campus community who can act as your support person. The Title IX coordinator can explain the university’s grievance procedures for addressing complaints. You may also want to seek confidential counseling through the the Counseling Center or seek support in the community.

  • See Get Help for resources available to everyone in the NC State community.
